Healthy Skin & Hydration Analysis Workshop

featuring Kiehl’s Since 1851 Skin Expert, Melissa Shea

Learn how to maintain a healthy skin barrier and combat signs of stress and premature aging in an hour-long interactive workshop with Kiehl’s Since 1851 Training Executive & Licensed Aesthetician, Melissa Shea.


This workshop is perfect for anyone that has an existing routine or has been wanting to create one. Melissa will guide you through facial techniques & skin wellness tips that you can easily incorporate into your daily practice! Healthy Skin treatments will be demonstrated using Kiehl’s Since 1851 skin care and participants will receive a customized sample to take home!

Melissa will provide a skin hydration analysis for each class attendee.

BreathWork Circle with Erika Forsell

Erika Forsell, LAc. is an acupuncturist and Breathwork facilitator. For over 10 years she has worked with individuals and groups, guiding them into a deeper understanding of health and healing.

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a guide to our emotional body.
It dives in and clears out the residue of feelings and patterns that are no longer serving us. It accesses the anger, grief, trauma, fear, heartbreak and all the other things that may hold us down. It unbinds and releases us from their grasp and allows us to soften, to open, to become inspired. Breathwork reminds us who we are in our hearts and why we are in our bones.
