Vendor fee includes WIFI, a table, table-cloth. All other display items to be supplied by vendor. Fee to be paid in full upon approval of application.

Please respond to us at your earliest convenience regarding the below information and any questions you may have.

1) What are you planning on setting up/serving at your booth?

2) Will you need electricity at your booth? If so, what is it for? Please make sure to bring your own extension cords and power strips.

3) Do you have any special requirements for the day of the event?

4) Every vendor much provide a Certificate of Insurance.

Please forward this information over to your insurance agency so they may furnish us with a certificate that includes the following minimum conditions:

• Occurrence base General Liability coverage with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$1,000,000 Products- Completed Operations Aggregate/$2,000,000 General Aggregate/$50,000 Fire Damage Legal Liability

PLUS host liquor liability if any alcohol will be served.

• The Certificate must show Consolidated Spring, LLC & Atlas Industries Corp. – 11 Spring Street, Newburgh, NY 12550,– as certificate holder & additional insured

• The certificate must contain a 30-day written notice of cancellations

• We ask that your Certificate of Insurance be emailed or mailed prior to event.

5) As a Vendor, you are entitled to 2 tickets for staff. The tickets will be emailed to you. Please contact us if you do not receive the tickets.

6) As a participant, we ask that you promote the event. We will email you our graphics for you to use on Social Media.
